Q. I was talking with a seller on the phone who asked me what protection he would have if I took over his payments. How do you answer that question?


A. I would probably answer the question by asking a question such as "protection from what?". I would definitely want to know what is concerning them so that I could attempt to address it. I do tell them that we will make the payments and I can give them references of people that we have been

paying the payments for some time.


If they are behind on payments or near foreclosure, I remind them that we will help their credit by paying on time and preventing foreclosure. Just be bold and confident about what you do and they will pick up on that also.
